Full Name: Tsuwu Woodshire
Age: 20
Birthplace: Hyrstmill
Main Class: Thaumaturge
His family and friends all take their residence in the same place his ancestors acquired their surname - a small heather in the woods known as Hyrstmill.
Tsuwu was a mischevious trickster, unlike his hard working and serious kin. He also harbored a deep penchant for the mystical and wonderous, which none in Hyrstmill felt was a redeeming quality.
So it was that Tsuwu sought entry into the ranks of the esteemed and revered Conjurer's guild, in the big city of Gridania. He was turned away, however, for reasons never disclosed to him.
Feeling scorned and as if his dreams were dashed, he began his journey home to Hyrstmill, where he met with a trader from Thanalan. This man told Tsuwu many tales of riches and wonder to be had in the arid deserts south of the forest, and more importantly, he informed Tsuwu of the order of Thaumaturges that held a glorious guild in Ul'Dah.
The young lalafell never returned to Hyrstmill, and never told anyone of his new intentions. He knew he wanted more than the calm lull of the Black Shroud, so he continued with the trader on to The Golden Bazaar. Here he began to learn the arts of Alchemy, and once he had earned enough gil to forge his own path, he took up the Scepter of a Thaumaturge and found residence in Ul'Dah. He began his studies, and took a deep interest in Nald'thal.
As of late, Tsuwu is continuing on his training as a disciple of Nald in the big city of Ul'Dah, never looking back to his humble beginnings as a country lad in the woods - though he can be caught on occasion fishing as he used to with his sisters in Hyrstmilll, reminiscing over days lost in dust and gil.
